Tyler Area Panhellenic Association 2026 Registration

Online Registration will be available beginning on Sunday, April 12th, 2026 through Friday, May 1st, 2026. Please fill out the registration form and upload your resume AND headshot/photo.

Panhellenic highly recommends that all young ladies planning on going through Recruitment (Rush) register during the April 12th-May 1st, 2026 registration period even if their University holds Spring Recruitment. 

We will have late registration after May 1st through July 15th, 2026.  However, the later someone registers the harder it is to obtain references in a timely manner. 

While Tyler Panhellenic works hard to secure references for registered girls it is recommended that if you have friends in various local Sorority Alumnae chapters that you personally reach out to them to follow up for you to ensure a reference letter is being written on your behalf.

IMPORTANT: Registering with the Tyler Area Panhellenic does not register you for Recruitment Week on your college/University Campus. Also, PLEASEreview the Panhellenic Preview 2026 information and join us for our Panhellenic Forum on April 12th!!!

Registration is a two part process:

1)  Register with the Tyler Area Panhellenic Association to secure needed references from area Sorority Alumnae.

2) You MUST Register online at your University Greek Life/campus Panhellenic Office to participate in Recruitment on your campus.
